Please let me know , how to change the share holding pattern of a just incorporated private limited company.
The actual problem is while incorporating the company, the share holding pattern is entered wrongly. instead of 60%,20%,20% , i entered the equal share ratio in incorporation.
1. You cant make changes in the incorporation form.
2. Get the mentioned contributions from subscribers.
3. Then transfer the same in the ration you actually want.
