How to change registra. from ipcc both group to atc

I have cleared my IPCC GROUP 1 EXAM in MAY 2011 

I had registered my self for BOTH GROUPS  WITHOUT ARTICLESHIP.in july 2009

I want to change my registration from IPCC BOTH GROUPS WITHOUT ARTICLESHIP

                                                                                       TO 

                                                                     IPCC BOTH GROUPS WITH ARTICLESHIP  WITH ATC

Earlier at the time of ipcc registration, i make  a DD of 9000(for registration  without articleship)instead of 11000 (for registration with articleship)

kindly help to know what is the procedure to change to ATC& for ARTICLESHIP.
