How to change proprietor in gst firm

You can't just change the proprietor. You need to surrender the existing GSTIN and apply for a fresh GSTIN for the new proprietor.

If you want to change your proprietorship firm to a partnership firm, still you need to surrender your existing GSTIN and get a fresh GSTIN with the PAN of your partnership firm.

sir, i have changed my client proprietorship in dvat but i have received the GSTIN on old proprietor how i ll get new GSTIN on new proprietor.

Hello,

My clinet has changed his PAN card and now i want to add addtional place of business in GST certificate. BUT there showing Error with "AOYPB3370E : Name does not match for Promoter". My client is Propritor only. My application rejected two times by giving above error. How to Add additional business of business????
