How to calculate TDS (befor 1 oct 09)????
i m confused....

Before October 09
Surcharge & Education cess both are applicable\
after that both have not to be charged on resident deductee for non resident education cess will be charged

Before Oct'09 , rate of TDS + surcharg 10% + Cess 3%
The prescribed rate of tds + s.c. + cess......
