For MAY 14... Learn Judgements which took place in 2013 ONLY

These case studies(2013) will be about 10% of total Case studies

Learn Them By name...

IGNORE ALL OTHER CASE STUDIES( 2012,2011,etc)

In exam each case study will be of 4 marks only

Firstly, Conclusion - TAXABLE or NOT Taxable and GIVE NAME of Judgement

Lastly  Give reason

DONT GO FOR THAT LONG FORMAT.. Facts, Analysis, Conclusion

You should know the reasons very well.. 

Dont ever quote wrong Name of Case study .. If you dont knw..then dont quote..
