Hi This is Sachin, I am planning to buy one resale flat. if the cost of the flat and agreement value is 60 lakhs. then 0.75% TDS (Rs.45000/-)I am going to pay the government. So is it refundable to the existing flat owner? he is a salaried person. Can anyone answered ASAP?
