How much time does it take to Incorporate a LLP?

As per my experience,

DPIN Approval: 3-4 days

Form 1: 1 Week

Form 2: 3-4 days

Form 3 & 4 (file together):  1 Week

It will take around a Complete month..... to complete the registration procedure of a LLP

Agree it will take around 3-4 weeks...

Can anyone let me know that how much time requires in converting a private limited company into a LLP....

It takes around one month time for conversion of Private Limited Company into LLP.

Now with the passage of time LLP can be incorporated within 1-2 days......

It took around 2 weeks to approve form 1 and 3 weeks (and still pending due to tech.problem) for form 2 of an LLP which I am trying to incorporate. 

i have filled form 2 on 15feb 2017 when is it  estimated to be approved ???
