I want to know about relief 89, I will received arrears salary in each year for next five years I have question that can I file Form 10E in each years as per Income Tax Act. How many times I file Form 10E as per rules

Dear Frd ,The Financial Year in which U received a Arrears salary and Claimed a relief of tax U/s 89 .U need to file form 10B for Claiming relief of tax u/s 89.
If arrears you are receiving in 5 instalments then every year you have to file Form 10E to claim relief under section 89
