The Financial Year FY 2019-20 is Close as usual on 31 March 2020. but You can Make Investment under Section 80C till June 2020 for taking Exemption u/s 80c
There is no such extension for FY 2019-20, the FY will remain as April 2019 to March 2020 i.e., of 12 months.
The FM extended the last date to file the ITR for FY 2018-19 to 30.06.2020 from 31.03.2020
