My Employer has not declared Housing Rent in form-16. My consultant has already submitted ITR-V and I cant see there is any refund. Please tell me the procedure to claim HRA?

If your consultant has not considered the HRA exemption while filing your return, it might be that you would not have informed him about your HRA details.
Please provide your HRA details & ask him to revise your return so tha you can claim refund.
In form16, HRA is not shown seperately. Usually the Gross Salary shown in Form16 is computed after considering all exemptions and deductions like for HRA. You first consult your Employer with regard to computation of your salary and see if he considered HRA exemptions as applicable or not. Regards.
