How can file ITR for AY 2020-2021
sir anyone can tell about this.

As such not possible, unless you have any refund claim.
If yes,ITR can be filed u/s. 119(2)(b) of the act, after getting permission from JCIT.

condonation of delay can be used via portal / offline , if net liability is refund
