Housing perks calculation
1. I Would like to know that if i am residing in Government provided house ( not furnished ) and not getting HRA. what would be the the Accommodation perks calculation for me.
2. if I pay electric bills to the company as per actual, will it be deducted from my Accommodation perks or not.

If you are govt employee the value of perk will be license fee detemined by govt in respect of such accomidation. If you are private employee then 15% or 10% or 7.5% as per applicablity. The electricity bill you paid cannot be desucted from rent perks. It can be deducted frm perks related to supply of electricity free of cost.
