Housing loan repayment deduction on income tax
Husband take home loan. but property was on wife's name. can husband claim housing loan repayment as deduction?

to claim a tax benefit in housing loan you must be the owner of house property.
no you can't take deduction. get the property registered in your name after that you can take deduction
nahi, you must be the owner or co-owner in the case ABOVE
must be the owner or co owner of the property to claim tax benefits
you can not claim deduction....for claiming you must be a owner or co owner
