Construction of house was completed in Jan 18. A housing loan was availed and repayments of EMI started from May 17. But the house is vacant during Feb, Mar 18.
Please clarify whether repayments of instalments and interest paid u/s 80C and 24 respectively during May 17 to Mar 18, if fair rent is declared as annual lettable value for Feb & Mar 18. Thanks.
