For interest deduction 2 lakhs u/s. 24(b) and .....additional interest Rs. 50K u/s. 80EE (if applicable) .....

Hi Dipam,

For the FY 2017-18 (AY 2018-19), the maximum deduction that can be claimed under section 80C is Rs. 1,50,000.

Hence you can claim the maximum deduction of Rs. 1,50,000 as against Rs. 2,25,000 actually incurred by you.
