Hotel with Bar Taken on Lease by Leasee but Liquor License in the name of Lessor and Billing also made in the name of Lessor., then how to account maintain of Leasee because daily liquor Sale collection deposited into bank in which bank account authority is Lessor

Nothing surprising about this lease contract. I It doesnt matter who holds the licence or name, but what matters is how are you compensated. Even if the lessor has the bank authority, how will you draw? Salary or commission or portion of profits? This can be categorised as an operating lease if you can kindly provide me the info. txs
