I the undersign is working with a Charitable Trust. My question is whether whether Honorarium attracts Profession Tax ?

If the person receiving the honorarium is neither employee nor professional. Professional tax shall not attract on person receiving Honorarium. However the person receiving the Honorarium will have to show it as income from other sources
