Pls help me if some one purchase house for taking loan ( Personal Loan) from bank other than housing loan can he will be eligible for take income tax benefit like if he take a housing lone form bank

Only benefit of Interest can be taken u/s 24 b. Principal payment benefit u/s 80C can not be claimed.
