We are an IT company and are planning to make a scheme for employee to offer housing loans. What kind of proofs do we subscribe in the policy for the employees to submit, so that we can use the housing loan interest rate for the purpose of perquisite calculation?

you dont need any special proof.
Just add the clause of interest and the said interest will form part of Perq for the employees.
We need to collect a proof from a compliance and control perspective, otherwise all employees will claim that the loan is a home loan and we may face issue in case there is a scrutiny from tax department.
