Hello All
I have Home loan at Delhi, my mother is stayying in this house. so there is no income source from the house. i am paying rent for coimbatore house because my working station is there. so kindly advise me both home loan & rent can show in income tax.
Please help me i am spending money for both

You can take benefit of both
HRA u/s 10(13A) as you are staying at Coimbatore
Loan EMI- Principal (u/s 80C ) under & Interest ( u/s 24) for negative income.
