As HSD is not included in GST and remains with existing rate of excise and vat. What will be the duties and taxes when purchased from other states. Earlier we issue form C declaration. What is the present situation when all declaration forms area abolished.

Petroleum products and alcohol  for human consumption is outside the purview of GST and i think C Form will continue

You followed same propess as You followed under Vat Deptt.

This product not covered under GST
