areas of investment banking?Very Very VAST,All banking & finance company sooner or later need services of C.A + OTHER PROFESSIONAL as Indian Economy Integrated with world,If I am not exaggerating there will be dire shortage of even Commerce Graduates withing coming 5 yrs.

related to merger & acquisitions.
Few of the companies are Gold Man Sachs,JP Morgan chase.
Investment Banking is one of the areas which is growing with the boom in securities market e.g. for Private Placement, IPO's QIB - here C.A.'s do play role for vaualtions, understanding Financials.
Basic profile - a good education background with a professional degree.
