it depend on you. whether you are going to job or practice on your own after CA

my suggestion will be

opting for job - for big 4 as you will more corporate exposure and the name will help you out

opting for practice- then medium size firm will be of great help as yuou will have the exposure to all parts of the work

i think one should decide his future object before joining articlship

i mean practice or job or whatever and based on that should decide where to do articlship and in what field to do articlship 

because articlship effects a lot to your future or atleast starting towards your respective future

so, if you want to go for your own practice in future you should go for small firm, and if you want to do job in future you should go for mid size firm

i think mid size firm are good then big 4

I had passed my IPCC both groups. and I had already registered for articleship in jan 11,2011. Can you pls tell me when will my first group of final will become due???? when should I suppose to register for both groups???

Hi, i have passed my group 1 of ipcc in may 2011 and looking for articleship in the big4 mnc's .can u suggest how to get into these big 4 mnc's like procedure and to whom to contact and how the things to be done .
 

hey radhika & ashish there is no any specific procedure for taking articleship in any Big4, just make ur CV and send or Submit to the firm where u want to take ur articleship, for calling interview its depends upon the HR of any Big4, if they impreessed with ur marks or CV or if they have vacancies then they will surly call u, once u get call & ur interview become good then u would be the article of Big4

I have cleared my IPCC Grp 1 in Nov 2011 and hv appeared for grp 2 In May 2012.... and am also done with my BCom... I want to join some good CA Firm in Mumbai for my articleship... Suggest me some good firms where i can get maximum exposure and max. outstation works......

I had finish my ipcc exams this may,2012 but m not confident whether i will clear or not...so if i flunk nd appear for 2nd attempt then can i get article in BIG4 firms ??? pls help..
