Request to clarify that if an employee of the company in IT sector to carryout his office work he has engaged two emplomyes for which he has paid salary will he claim exemption u/s 10 ITAct

If he is a salaried employee , he can't get,

if he is on professional contract, he can claim deduction for expenses
