One of the my friend have number of websites.
He started earning in the year 2011 near about 2 lacs and may increase furher.
So where he should file a return?
What will be the procedure?

First apply for PAN if you don’t have and than after allotted PAN file return in your ward or E-file…

Do Accordingly & I think he has to file his return under the business ward.
