i Think your question is not proper.
Overhead variance - For an instance- a manufacturing overhead costs like rent,maintnance etc is Rs. 100000 as per their budget. But the actual exp is Less than or more than 1 Lakh. Such variance is called as OH variance. We can also bifercate into Expenditure, Capcity,calender etc.
