Hello Neha,

EXTRACT OF SECTION 80C

Clause xvii of section 80C

xvii) as tuition fees (excluding any payment towards any development fees or donation or payment of similar nature), whether at the time of admission or thereafter,

(a) to any university, college, school or other educational institution situated within India;

(b) for the purpose of full-time education of any of the persons specified in sub-section (4);

As per the above provisions only full time course is elligible for deduction.

Hello borhter rajat.. I agree to section 80C...

But can you give me in written where it is mentioned that CA in not Full time course or so.

When u do articleship for 3 years, can you carry on any other fulltime course. Read my reply above and pleae give some feed back....

And i never beleive in bookish theories... my view is practical.. please go through it and give valid feedback...Thanks in advance brother...

Helo Shivang,

I do agree what you are saying is correct & I was posting in my second reply about the same that It is not proved anywhere that whether CA ia a fulltime course or not.
