Does the person has to pay tax and file return for the earned income??

off course.. i dont think there is any exemption for income earned from preaching relegion..

yes he has to pay tax if it exceed basic exemption limit.

business includes vocation .preaching comes under vocation and therefore has to file return of income if it exceeds the basic exemption limit

he has liable to pay tax if his income exceed maximun amout not chargeable to incometax
