hi,

      you can directly transfer from pcc to ipcc by paying prescribed amount to regional office before the last day of submission of the examination forms.

as per icai announcement, you are eligible to appear in ipcc may,2010 exams if

1. you have finished 9months after registration for pcc

2. you must complete 35 hours of  orientation program and 100 hours itt program..

  the both mentioned above must be finished before the commencement of relevant IPCC exams.
