Is VAT aplicable in sale of old/used vehicle of a company and used computer of a company.?
if ans is yes, wheather registration required?

yes VAT needs to be charged on sale of scrap and used items. The tax applicable is 13.5% . The sale should be effected preferrably to registered customers only.
