Costing : Padhuka's or you may even go for Maheshwari and Mittal

Taxation : VK Singhania or Girish Ahujha.Both are equally good

Law : N.D kapoor, Munish Bhandari, both are good, i prefer you to buy both.

Adv. A/c : padhuka's and Shukla and Grewal as mentioned above.

Audit : Surbhi bansal's and padhuka's

IT and SM : Padhuka's

And Institute's module is pretty good and useful, these are just reference book that i ve mentioned.And i do hope you don't have to write the exams back again in May.Good luck to you mate

The aspect of self study for CA course arises frequently. We do not check whether self study is ok for our degree course (we join a college and get the help of Professors). We do not check whether we can do self study for any other course. By experience I would always recommend that we should take help of good professors (Coaching Institutes)for CA. This would only supplement our self study efforts. I think taking help of coaching classes is not going to be a waste of time. If you are good, it will help you to get a rank. If you are average, it will help to clear in first attempt. If you are too good, your participation in the class will help the professor and other students and will build your confidence level.  Its a win win situation for a student. I have personally experienced this and I would always value the inputs from good professors which I have received as a student. This is one of the reasons that I have cleared CA (FINAL) with a Rank and all professional exams ie CA, ICWA and ACS in First appearance with merit and high scores. Today I am strong in all subjects of these courses because of valuable coaching received while attending Coaching Classes. Over and above I am a Professional currently engaged in coaching students and have produced rank holders and top scorers.

buy any one of the books for each subjects as already mentioned above.. but first complete studying ur study materials for all the subjects n i literally mean it.. just complete them first.. jyaada kuchh nahi toh bas ek baar read jaroor karna

see it would be better if u be in regular touch with anybody who is senior in this field............remember.."Hard Work results in positive result only if done in correct direction".....................rest depends upon u ..............................u can follow any of the above stated books depending upon ur comfortability.......
