Dear Seniors / Friends, could you please suggest me the relevant / important sections of company law for preparation of IPCC examination held in May-2011.

Plz , its a little urgently required

In CA exams, you should not select such relevant/imp questions. Institute may shoot any question any time. Don't take a chance. Refer all particularly Meetings chapter, Buy back, Statutory limits of no. of partners and its consequences of failure, Application to Registrar when RoC changes outside the state, Sweat Equity Shares, concept of MoA, AoA and changes in MoA, AoA and proxy appointment and its consequences. These are just few which are coming most in exams. But refer all compilations that will help you a lot.
