Hey people help me out.
Is income of a person who has a dairy income exempt from tax.
As per me it is fully taxable. still if u have a different opinion please please please let me know ????

You are right in your view. Dairy income is not covered under agrticlutural income list, so it is fully taxable under head PGBP.

Dear Saharh your observation is correct as the same is fully taxable. I have confirmed from my friend.

Can we claim fee paid for for coaching for engineering entrance as tution fees U/s 80C?
Ya...I agree it is taxable under the head PGBP.
Not allowed.... Tuition fee paid for doing Engineering course alone is allowed. Wat u say is just a short term course for entrance exam and not a full time course.

IF IT IS PAID TO PRIVATE INSTITUTE,THEN NOT ALLOWED.
