I am late by 3 months from completion of my articleship... but i couldnt send it to the institute due to some personal reasons. I heard that i have to right Consonation letter giving reason for my late submission of form. I just wanna Know that whether i have to disclose the personal reason or is it will be ok to write in the letter that " i was unable to submit in time due to some personal reasons" .... Plz someone help me out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Instead of writing, due to some personal reasons... Simply say due to health issues or work pressure or preparation of examination... Even i faced the same situation. You also need to pay late fees of Rs. 300/- in the name of ICAI payable at mumbai.
thnks.... plz tel 1 thing more, if my city cover Central region than I have to make DD of Rs. 300 payable at kanpur..or Mumbai is applicable for whole India.
You have to make DD payable at Kanpur and NOT MUMBAI. It is payable at regional office.
