T.N.Manoharan Sir's Book "The Best" for Self Study..

Vinod gupta is the best book but it is lengthy,if you can complete it and remember the concepts I think you will come out with flying colours.

Swati for better studies i would reccomend you to go for video lectures with notes. As you cannot attend the regular classes.... Video lectures will make subject intersting and will help you to understand teh concept fully.

Refer Banger for Direct Tax.. it has covered the concepts in a concise manner..

Vinod Gupta sir assignments are the best for CA final. These are class notes.

If you want concise book You may go for T. N. Manoharan (It is Exam Oriented). Not Bad..

second it is an easy way to learn the conceptual aspect than any other book...

TN MANOHARAN IS BEST  GO FOR THAT , BECAUSE THE TIME FACTOR IS EVEN IMPORTANT FOR EXAM POINT OF VEIW .....
