i want to know i have completed my 2 year articleship after PE-II when i have to submit the form no.108 for the Nov 2011 Final Exam please help

form no. 108 is for article completion. i think in case pe2 it is for three years.
rectify me if i am wrong
form 108 will be submit at the time of full completion of articleship..........at this time no need to submit anything........Exam form should be signed by the principle is sufficient........
