I have jst started my ipcc and i want to complete my accounts and ad.accounts by self study,i believe i can do it my self,am i doing a write thing or not.

Self Study is very important in any stream, so yes, you can do it by youself if your concepts are strong and clear. Also try studing on regular basis by having a proper time time for all the subjects.
But if your facing difficulty in any topic, then you should discuss it with your seniors, friends and teachers.
