you can take leave during the articles period and as per institute rules it is 134 days...
Not more than dat.
If u wanna take more than ...u shld have some understanding with ur prinicipal
Generally it depends on the firm u r working... some give 4 months leave ,,some  6 months....
This leave period is included in the articleship period....
Sometimes, prinicipal makes u to work for more period as articles if u wanna take leave more than 134 days as per institite rules..( if Prinicipal is strict One)

AS regarsd to transfer,,u can transfer to another firm if u and ur prinicpal agree.
Mutual understanding between u both....

i want to know ,
1.wht? is the minimum period of articleship to be done in a firm to get a transfer from that  firm so that the principal can raise no objection
2. is it on our own will to get transfer from the firm or always ther should be mutual understanding  with the principal ?
3.can the principal is in aposition to object if we take a transfer after aperiod of 7 months?
