Dear all,

I am facing a Problem while filling Form 20B to Roc. As I file the form and make payment through internet banking, A screen appears which says "Processing error,Please try again"..

The amount has been debited from my account and no approval of form 20B has been received either through mail or through MCA website.As I try to get challan copy by using "Track payment status" on mca website, some error is there.

This is common problem with MCA Website, nothing to worry about. Just keep checking the Track Payment Status & Track Transaction Status.

If your form is not approved, then after 3-4 working days the amount will be refunded to the account. Then do the filing again.

3 months have been passed but no refund has been credited to my account yet..even no one is picking up the call at MCA Help desk whose contact no. are provided on MCA Website.No reply of e-mail..
