Upto Rs. 2 lakhs in case of self occupied house.
Entire interest in case of rented house.

You can claim interest components u/s 20b...
If Use own (self occupied) then You can claim Rs. 200000
If use for rental then You can claim "Full Interest Value..."
If Use own (self occupied) then You can claim Rs. 200000

first : (You can claim interest components u/s 20b.)..
is not 20b and this is 24b
second : you can also dedcution principle amt of home loan (self occupied ) up to 1.5 u/s 80 c
