its a services a services industry  & i am a idea distributor,

 

if u r a distributor of idea network then ir services are exempt from service tax vide notification no. 25/2012 dated 20.06.12. this notification exempts any selling agent or a distributor of sim cards or recharge coupon vouchers. since ur service is exempt from service tax then u r not liable to take s. tax registration
