This is the list of GST rate for textile industry:

0% GST rate:

  • Silkworm laying, cocoon
  • Raw silk
  • Silk waste

5% GST rate

  • Silk yarn
  • Woven fabrics of silk and silk waste
  • Cotton yarn

12% GST rate

  • High end ready made cloths mainly those which are above rs 1000
