Hello experts, Can i give hand loan of Rs.300,000/- by cash withdrawn from firm's bank account to other firm with a cheque as security?
Also if he fails to repay, can i file for cheque bounce case?

No way for Cash above 2 lakhs...
no way for cash loan of Rs 20000 or more refer to sec 269SS
