H form
i have filed vat return for the period of july to sep 2015 , i forgot to add one purchase bill. So i am going to file revised vat return and will add that bill.
as after original return i had applied for h form and received all h form . so my question is that can i apply for h form for single bill which i did;t add in original return and plan to apply after revised return.

You have to Specify which satate VAT form... Quarterly return is what you have filed . I assume its West bengal . Now the answer is you can do any way coz forms doesnt matter a lot.. This is only taken care during final VAT audit assesment
Either way is correct
