i had registered for gumasta license at applesarkar.mahaonline.gov.in, further i am a residence of nallasopara and they have rejected my application by saying that nallasopara area doesnt come under their department so can you please suggest me where it will fall

For gumasta License you have to apply to your local Municipality.
Mostly it should be vasai virar municipal corporation.
