We have Pvt Ltd company having registered in West Bengal. we received GTA Bill from registered transporter. they charge GST @ 12% in their bill.
now question is who is paid GST Transporter or Our company?
My 2nd questions is should a Registered transporter charge GST in their selling Invoice?
Regarding ITC who is claimed transporter or my company? pl explain details
