GSTR9 F Y 20-21 LATE FEES
sir my question is if turnover below 2 crore then gstr9 filling is compulsory or optional if compulsory then what is the maximum late fees per day 200 or any options

For Turnover below Rs.2 Crore , GSTR9 filing is optional...
As per Notification 31/2021 CT , exempts the registered person whose aggregate
turnover in the financial year 2020-21 is upto two crore rupees, from filing annual .
