GSTR4 for Composition Dealers is due by 18 Oct 2017. However, the option for filing the same does not come under the Returns Dashboard at all. What to do?

A notification eMail received for GSTR1 becoming due.
But i was supposed to file GSTR1 if i was a Normal Dealer.
(Note: the application for Composition has been approved by the portal)

GSTR4 Offline Tool is Available in GST Portal... Check it and Timely file Returns for Composition Tax Payers...
i found the excel utility for GSTR4,
but where to upload that JSON file on the portal, as when i select Jul-Sep under Return Filing Period and click on SEARCH button, it gives nothing.
(And there is no page for 4A(B2B) in the utility, why?)
