I am a retailer in Delhi starting business from 01/07/2017, and get registered on 01/08/2017 under GST Composite dealer. Tell me about complete procedure to file my 1st GDTR-4 return, and required data to file the return.

if compitition dealer create a debit note for regular dealer so can allow gst in this goods
