02 October 2017I am an online information and data service provider. I had filed GSTR3B for July within last date. Did not file GSTR3B for August. I read that OIDAR service providers need not file GSTR3B. Also I had no in/out supplies for August. Should I file GSTR3B for August now? Will I have to pay fine @ Rs.200 per day?

No way for without late fee. It's automatically shown in "6.1 - Payment of Tax"
